The ever-popular Explore Oak Island Days organised by the Oak Island Tourism Society took place on 20 - 22 June 2008 at the Oak Island Resort, Spa and Convention Centre.

Oak Island fans travelled from as far away as Iceland, the UK and the US as well as across Canada to be part of the event.

Visitors enjoyed guided tours of the island, displays, guest speakers and evening entertainment, plus the chance to swap theories on the World's greatest treasure hunt.
